Sullindir

Heads up! I will be updating my dA username so that it aligns with my online presence on other platforms. After this change I will no longer appear here as "kirigakurenohaku", but rather as "Sullindir". I hope this doesn't cause too much confusion. I know I have been largely silent here and on other forms of social media for some time. I'm sorry for the neglect, however it has not been without reason. There is a project that I have been working on during that time that is coming closer to fruition, and I expect that I will be able to share more information about that shortly. In high school I got my first exposure to linoleum block printing, using just black ink. I got a second taste of it in college a few years ago as a small edition of 3-5 prints with 3 layers. It would seem that these projects have resonated with me as I have gone and ordered all of the supplies that I need to start printing at home. In fact, I am in the middle of an edition of prints right now. As of writing this, I have 3 layers of blue and 2 layers of green down, with additional green, red, and black layers to add. It takes a couple of days for the ink to dry enough to lay down another layer, so it will be a week or two before I have some f
